They recently announced that they now "butterfly" their chickens
before grilling them. This is a more succulent way of enjoying grilled
chicken suya. The chicken now contain less bones and absorbs more of
their special pepper;
making the chicken spicier, more succulent and tender, juicier and
marinated than ever!
Jamal's Grilled Chicken or JGC to its fans experimented with this
grilling technique on some chickens at the recently concluded Fusion
Family Fair and DMP event andit was a storming success! The grilled
chickens were flying off the grill, so much so that they actually run
out many times!
